  • You will be provided with an easy to follow training program that is tailored to your ability, time restraints and goals
  • Have regular contact with your coach
  • The opportunity to attend a skills based session that will improve your running
  • Have a race plan to follow
  • Be given guidance on nutrition and stretching for runners
  • Run with your coach and technique feedback given
  • Information on some great off road runs around Wellington

Cost is $10 per week - skills based sessions and one on one coaching is available at an extra charge

  

  

Triathlon Running

Running in a Triathlon differs from running in a normal race

Leg speed/cadence is often different and normally in a Triathlon run you will be starting with legs that are tired from the bike leg rather than the fresh legs you would have in a running race.

  

Racesmart can teach you triathlon specific drills that will help you become an efficient Triathlon runner.
