A New Half Ironman

On Jan 31st  2010 a half ironman event will be taking place in Marton - the Hub of the Rangitikei. Located just south of Wanganui and only a short drive from Wellington it's an easily assessable event. Click here for more details .

There has been much talk of late about the relationship between car drivers and cyclists, and it's fair to say that most driver's are not too fond of cyclists and many cyclist's have rather negitive views of driver's. This is a situation that will take a long time to improve and education needs to be provided to numerous road users on both sides for the roads to become a safer place for cyclists.
